To support our increasing membership, we are adding more teams to both leagues next season. During the current year, we are seeking FA Charter Development Standard status. This permits Leeds City Vixens to make the following commitment to both girl's and their parents / guardians: We will provide every girl, irrespective of race, colour, religious or economic background, an unlimited opportunity to play football at the highest level that they will enjoy. |
| We will provide an environment supported by volunteers who have applied for their positions, with references, and have been fully CRB checked. We have a specialist Child Protection Officer and a Schools Liaison Officer. |

Coaching staff for all age groups are FA qualified, some up to UEFA B standard. The facilities employed by the club are first class, including top quality grass pitches, a full size all-weather pitch and a brand new sports hall for indoor training. |
